Pill Pickup
While at Naval Medical Center San Diego, I noticed frequent confusion among patients picking up their prescriptions. To address this, I initiated a flyer redesign to improve clarity and streamline communication. The goal was to create accessible, easy-to-follow instructions that would support both patients and pharmacy staff, minimizing errors, reducing wait times, and making the overall process more efficient.
Final Version (After): The final flyer design is cleaner, intuitive, and built with both patients and pharmacy staff in mind.
